First Revenue deploys small, senior teams into companies that sell considered-purchase products — education, financial services, coaching, healthcare, and legal. Our people embed directly with clients, own outcomes, and move fast.
We don't hire junior generalists. We hire operators who've done the job, know what good looks like, and can build a revenue function from scratch or fix one that's broken.
Everyone works fractionally. You'll typically work with 2-4 clients simultaneously, bringing the same frameworks and rigor to each engagement. Fully remote. Results-driven compensation.

Fractional VP of Sales
Lead sales strategy, build and manage teams, and install repeatable sales processes for our clients. You've built and scaled sales orgs before — now do it across multiple companies.
- Design and implement sales playbooks, comp plans, and hiring frameworks
- Coach and manage client sales teams (enrollment, inside sales, account executives)
- Own pipeline metrics: conversion rates, cycle time, revenue per rep
- 10+ years in B2C or B2B2C sales leadership, ideally in education, health, or financial services

Fractional Sales Manager
Manage frontline sales and enrollment teams for our clients. You're the person who turns a group of reps into a high-performing unit through coaching, accountability, and process.
- Run daily standups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions
- Implement and enforce sales process discipline
- Track and improve rep-level KPIs: calls, demos, close rates
- 5+ years managing sales teams with measurable performance improvement
Marketing
Fractional Marketing Director
Own the demand generation engine for our clients. You build marketing machines that produce qualified pipeline — not just impressions and clicks.
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Build and optimize lead nurture sequences and conversion funnels
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline and cost-per-acquisition metrics
- 7+ years in performance marketing for considered-purchase or education verticals
AI & Technical
AI Operations Specialist
Build AI-powered systems that automate and augment our clients' revenue operations. You sit at the intersection of sales process knowledge and technical execution.
- Design and deploy AI agents for lead qualification, outreach, and follow-up
- Build CRM automations, reporting dashboards, and data pipelines
- Integrate AI tools into existing sales and marketing workflows
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in LLMs, automation, and CRM APIs
AI & Technical
AI Solutions Engineer
Architect and build custom AI solutions for revenue teams. From intelligent lead scoring to automated reporting, you turn complex sales problems into elegant technical solutions.
- Build custom AI agents and automation workflows for client revenue teams
- Implement and customize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Create data models and analytics infrastructure for revenue intelligence
- Full-stack engineering skills with a bias toward shipping fast and iterating
